My ‘Nightflyers’ print continues to be popular and so I have made a second, very small edition, of 5 further prints. ’Nightflyers’ has been shortlisted for the Cork Street Open Exhibition after doing well at the Pallant House Open, and through private sales. The image is inspired by the Viaduct crossing London Road in Brighton and is one of my favourites in this style and the best of the 3 ‘A to B’ prints for Boxbird Gallery, Hove.
Sea Queen paper cut by Sharifa Brooks Read
I have now printed the ‘Sea Queen’ images am selling them as post card size prints. I need to work on the edition again to resolve some of the colours as, with most of my work, the original black and white images work as they are and do not always need reinterpretation in colour.
